DISCLOSURE:

A minimum of 50% is due upon booking tables. This is a nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be due 2 weeks prior to setup. Cancelations within 2 weeks of the show will not be refunded, regardless of payment made.

Vendors will be asked to sign a contract at each show that includes various rules they must adhere to.

​

No-call no-shows will be required to pay their tables 100% in full upon booking of any subsequent shows. 

​

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
